Harbor Ecommerce came to us with a familiar problem: strong products, healthy paid traffic, and almost no organic visibility. A technical audit turned up crawl budget waste from thousands of thin filter-generated URLs, missing structured data on every product page, and category pages competing against each other for the same keywords.
We rebuilt the site's information architecture around a clear keyword map, consolidated the cannibalizing category pages, and implemented Product and Breadcrumb schema across the catalog. Alongside the technical fixes, we built a content engine producing buying-guide and comparison content targeting the research-stage searches that were previously going entirely to competitors.
Within six months, organic traffic was up 284%, with several core category terms reaching the #1 position. Just as importantly, organic became the highest-margin acquisition channel in the business, reducing reliance on paid spend for growth.
