5.3 Tan Solutions retains the right to use project materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the Client.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
6.2 This obligation continues beyond the termination of the agreement.

7. Performance and Results

7.1 While Tan Solutions commits to employing best practices, results depend on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
7.2 Tan Solutions makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes (e.g., rankings, traffic, or sales).

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
8.2 Upon termination, the Client will settle any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date.
8.3 Tan Solutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches the Terms and Conditions.

9. Liability

9.1 Tan Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
9.2 The Client assumes full responsibility for the use of deliverables provided by Tan Solutions.

10. Amendments

10.1 Tan Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Continued engagement with Tan Solutions after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
